Digital delivery only
Learnix plans are digital products. There are no physical shipments. Paying for a plan activates your account features instantly, and access is delivered digitally to the email address you registered with.
Activation timeline
Orders paid via Instapay are verified by our team within 2 hours. After verification, your chosen plan is activated on the account email provided during checkout. You will see it reflected in your dashboard immediately after activation.
Order confirmation
Once your payment is received and uploaded, our superadmin teams review your receipt and confirm the order. If anything is missing or unclear in your proof of payment, we will contact you through the email used at signup.
No physical address required
Because all services are delivered online, you do not need to provide a shipping address. Please double-check the email attached to your Learnix account, since all activation emails and receipts are sent there.
