Acceptance

By creating an account or using Learnix, you agree to these terms and all referenced policies, including our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Account responsibilities

Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials safe, and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Content usage

You retain ownership of the materials you upload. You grant us the right to process them to provide the learning services you use, and you represent that you have the right to upload them.

Prohibited behavior

Do not misuse the platform: no automated scraping, no reselling of accounts, and no using Learnix for unlawful purposes. Violations may result in suspension of access.

Service availability

Features may be updated, paused, or changed as the platform evolves. We will always give reasonable notice for material changes affecting paid plans.

Payments & billing

Plans are billed as described on the pricing page. By paying, you agree that access is delivered digitally and governed by our Delivery & Shipping and Refund & Cancellation policies.

Liability

Learnix is provided 'as is' for educational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the service. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
