Digital products, no automatic refunds
Learnix plans are digital products and are non-refundable after activation, unless an issue is caused by our platform. Because access is granted instantly once a plan is activated, standard consumer refund rules for physical goods do not apply.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops upcoming renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Refund exceptions
If we are unable to deliver the service you paid for (for example, an activation issue that our team cannot resolve), contact us within 7 days of purchase through our Contact page. We will review your case and issue a refund to the original payment method where appropriate.
How to request a refund
Send an email to starrizz123@gmail.com with your account email and order details. Include the Instapay receipt reference if you paid via Instapay. Our billing team responds within 1–2 business days.
